Villa Dream View is a 4 bedroom/ 3 bathroom home with a King Size bed in the Master bedroom, a Queen Size in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom and a sleeper bed in the forth room, which can also be used for a den.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with all appliances and conveniences you might expect from a house such as this one. You will have a foyer and a comfortable family room.
And your car can be parked in the Garage, which is attached to the house.
While you're enjoying your meals outside on the big pool deck, perhaps grilled on your gas grill, you will be able to relax while overseeing the wonderful landscaping and looking out over your boat dock.

Cancellation policy
After Confirmation up to 45 days prior to arrival will be subject to a $ 100.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation 45 days or less prior to arrival date will be charged 50% of the rental amount. No refund can be made for cancellation on or after arrival date.
Taxes and Fees
11% Tax on Rental
End-Cleaning $ 150.00 + 11% Tax
Deposits
A refundable $ 350.00 Security Deposit is required at the time the contract is signed.
