The Meranova Guest Inn offers luxury accommodations in a stylish, contemporary bed and breakfast setting, and is located in the charming quaint villiage of Dunedin. Each distinctively different suite offers a private entrance, most with a porch or balcony, private bath and kitchenentte/or full kitchen.
Available nightly, weekly, or monthly, the Meranova boasts All of the comforts of home and has become a favorite among vacationers, corporate guests and for those relocating. Ideal for our guests who have extended stays, we offer suites/apartments equipped with full kitchens, which are spacious, airy, and designed to be your perfect home away from home.
Unlike many bed and breakfast inns, Meranova offers our guests as much privacy as they desire by serving an expanded gourmet breakfast room service style in your suite or al fresco by the pool, under the gazebo, in the orchid garden, or on your porch or balcony. Breakfast is optional by the week, and served 1 time per week for our monthly guests.

All suites are for 2 persons only.
Rates vary depending on suite, season and length of stay. Nighly rates include breakfast daily, monthly rates include breakfast 1 time per week.
Rates do not include applicable taxes.
Smoking is allowed in limited areas, grounds, porches, and balconies.
We cannot accommodate pets.
Limitations on children staying: children over 14 that may occupy their own suite.
Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Personal Checks, Travelers checks, MC, Visa, Discover, American Express.
Personal checks only for monthly stays.
Deposit Amount Required: One night deposit for special events and 1 week stays, and 1 week deposit for 1 month stays.
Minimum stay required 2 nights on weekends, holidays and special events.
Cancellation policies are applicable between 2 weeks and 30 days depending upon particular reservations.
Check In time is 4:00 P.M. and Check Out time is 11:00 A.M.
