Living area:
You will be spending your vacation in 2,200 sq.ft. living area under
Air A/C (total area is 3,100 sq.ft.). The entire living area is air conditioned and the individual rooms have ceiling fans. The Villa has a spacious great room, an integrated formal dining room and an open kitchen. You will find 3 bedrooms and each has its own bath! Great room, dining room and bath have tile floors. The bedrooms and walk in closets have fluffy carpeted floor. In the entire villa are exclusive designer furnishings.
6 persons can enjoy a comfortable and pleasant vacation in this vacation home. Also the equipment doesn't let you miss anything!

You can rent this luxury villa on a weekly base!
For a occupation of 2 persons, you rate will be:
$ 990.00 per week in low season May - October.
$ 1,099.00 per week in high season November - April.
Additional persons $90 per person per week.
The maximum occupation are 6 persons.
No charge for children under 7. Children between 7 and 14 are 50%
off.
For two weeks before and after Christmas and Easter add 10%.
30% deposit required to hold reservation. Balance payable 6 weeks
before arrival.
Full refundable security deposit of $500 required.
Additional cost will be 6% salestax and 5% touristtax,
and $120.00 for cleaning the villa at the end of your stay.
Ask for special rates for a long term rent! (Snowbirds welcome)
