It's time to kick back, relax, and get The Baja Feeling ... Did you know there is even a book written about this feeling? Ben Hunter of TV Fame wrote it about the adventures of he and his wife Margie, who also owned a home in our area and we were fortunate to have them as our neighbors....We have the Baja Feeling and would love for you to have it too!
Depending on number of bedrooms needed, we have the right rental for you... Located on the Sand Spit in Punta Banda, about 16 miles south of Ensenada, its an ideal, wide, sandy beach. The views are spectacular of ocean, the Todos Santos Island, the mountains and the back-bay. Just steps to the beach where you can swim, surf or just take long walks..... Perhaps you'd rather sit on one of the balconys and read The Baja Feeling ... whatever your pleasure, We have The Baja Feeling for you to read and the feeling is all around you in our lovely, comfortable home. How about a family reunion, Maggie will arrange a one, two, three, four and even 5 home package for you!

Both of the homes are located within a short walk of each other, on the sand spit in Punta Banda. Ideal for reunions! Fall asleep at night, listening to the crash of the ocean waves.
The homes are very well furnished and have all amenities including cable T.V. Punta Banda was originally a fishing village it is of course the place to go fishing. There are local fishermen who will take you out on their Pangas or you can go into Ensenada and go out on the big fishing boats.
If you like to shop, La Bufadora, which is only 6 miles away, offers not only the breathtaking view of the Blow-Hole but has what is refered to as the Mall, a strip of great souvenir gift shops and several good restaurants. The drive to Ensenada is a short one and of course it offers many great restaurants, shops, theaters, huge open air fish market, local winery tours, and many other attractions. The beach is the best around Ensenada, wide, not rocky, sandy and great for long walks.

VISIT WWW.TRAVEL.STATE.GOV They will give you the latest info. Appears that of course a passport is ideal but that if you have Driver license and a Certified certificate of Birth, and it must be certified, not just a copy, they will accept that.
3 bedroom home is sligtly higher rate than the 2 bedroom...request prices.

| | | My family and I have been vacationing at Maggie''s house for the last few years. Every August we come back and spend a week relaxing and soaking up the sun. The house is very well maintained with everything you could imagine. We just show up with our swimsuits, towels, and food. Everything else is there! The poeple in the surrounding houses are very nice and curteous. The beach, which is just steps away is clean and never crowded. The sound of the ocean at night and the seals make it ever more surreal, much better than nature sound cd''s! You can''t go wrong if you''re looking for a place to relax and get away from it all. It has a nice kitchen, great, dinning room,very clean bedrooms and bathrooms, close to restaurants, best view of the beach. Always has fresh drinking water. Best of all no traffic and all you hear at night is the soft sound of the ocean. Great value for the money. | | |

| | | We spent the Easter weekend at the 2br, 2nd floor home. My wife and I have 2 kids and we enjoyed the home and the beach so much. The beach is really close and very clean. It really feels like you are a long way from home. The kids loved boogie boarding and we all had a blast at the hot springs IN the beach.
