Daily/Monthly rates available upon request.
All weekly rates include a housekeeping fee.Less than 1 week will require a $75.00 cleaning fee
Pool/Spa heat is recommended from October through April (cost is $175.00 weekly).
All rates do not include a Florida State Tax of 13%.
A $200.00 deposit must be received within 7 days of the booking in order to guarantee the reservation
Full payment is required 1 week prior to arrival along with a $100.00 refundable security deposit
Check-in time is 4:00PM Check-out time is 11:00AM.
